The D&D Shut It®  BadAss™ Face Mount Bolt-On Hinge was designed to be used on gates where welding the hinges to the gate and end post is not an option. Due to the D&D Shut It®BadAss™ unique bushing design The D&D Shut It® BadAss™ Face Mount Bolt-On Hinge, like all other D&D Shut It® BadAss™ gate hinges, produces near frictionless movement with maintenance free usage.

Unique Stover Locknut™
An innovative, shaped threads provide a vibration-resistant friction fit so nut stays firm. The top thread section is deformed to create two or three locking zone (can be reused 2-3 times). The all metal locknuts withstand higher temperatures than nylon-insert locknuts.

Higher Temperature Sealed Bearings
Safe to powder-coat with hinges installed onto the gate (excluding CI3850 self-closing hinge and CI3800 Stainless Steel BaddAss) No greasing, no maintenance, hinge options include 1,2,3,or 4 bearings and performs better than roller cages that require periodic greasing.
