D&D Shut It® BadAss™ Original Hinge

The D&D SHUTIT® Original BadAss gate hinge is CNC Machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. Due to the D&D SHUTIT® Original BaddAss unique bushing design, like all other D&D SHUTIT® gate hinges, produces near frictionless movement with maintenance-free usage. Available in steel or rusted finish.

Unique Stover Locknut™
An innovative, shaped threads provide a vibration-resistant friction fit so nut stays firm. The top thread section is deformed to create two or three locking zone (can be reused 2-3 times). The all metal locknuts withstand higher temperatures than nylon-insert locknuts.

Higher Temperature Sealed Bearings
Safe to powder-coat with hinges installed onto the gate (excluding CI3850 self-closing hinge and CI3800 Stainless Steel BaddAss) No greasing, no maintenance, hinge options include 1,2,3,or 4 bearings and performs better than roller cages that require periodic greasing.
