In the spirit of continuous improvement, the Lockwood Selector® 3770 Series MK2 Mortice lock range is the latest step in the evolution of the Lockwood Selector® mortice lock. The upgrade allows for more applications of the Lockwood Selector® mortice lock, such as the Lockwood Fluid Panic Exit Device.

Lockwood 3570 Series Mortice Locks have been successfully tested up to 4 hours (depending on type of door set) on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1-2005, Part, 1: Fire Resistant Door Sets.
Durability
All 3570 Series Cylinder Mortice Locks conform with level D3 (Durability) Australian Lock Standard (AS 4145.2 – 1993)
Door Clearance
To ensure correct functioning of the dead latching mechanism and security for all locks, the clearance between the door and the frame should be 3mm. The dead latching will operate up to 8mm door clearance, however door clearances over 5mm are not recommended.
Warranty
25 Year mechanical from date of purchase from defects in material and workmanship, except for electrical and electronic components, which are warranted for 3 years.
