Designer Patricia Urquiola (2008) M216S1
During our collaboration with Urquiola on a special interior project, we had the idea of asking her to extend the design studies she was conducting on complex geometry to a door handle. Adamant has its origins in the taking apart of volumes and planes, which are then skillfully recomposed to form a broad, comfortable handgrip.
